This Cookies Policy determines the rules for storing and access to information on user devices using Cookie files, used by probet.com.pl in providing electronic services.

§ 1 Definitions

Administrator – is probet.com.pl, which provides its services via electronic means, as well as stores and accesses information on user devices.

Cookies – data in the form of small text files. They are saved and stored on devices which Users use to access the Internet Services.

Administrator Cookies – Cookies placed by the Administrator, connected with the providing of electronic services by the Administrator by means of the Internet Service.
External Cookies – Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners, by means of the Internet Service.

Internet Service – the webpage which allows the Administrator to provide services, under the domain probet.com.pl.

Device – electronic device by means of which the User can access the webpages of the Internet Service.

User – person who, in accordance to laws and regulations, is the receiver of the Internet services provided electronically, or who can be a part of a Contract for providing such services.

§ 2 Types of Cookies used

The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for User devices. Viruses and malware cannot be transferred to User devices via these Cookies. These files allow the identification of the software used by the User and tailor the Internet Service individually to every User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, period of storage on the Device and an assigned value.

The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:

Persistent Cookies: are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until deleted. Ending a browser session or powering off the Device does not cause these cookies to be deleted from the User Device. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow to obtain any personal data or confidential data from the User Device.
Session Cookies: are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of a browser session. The stored information are then permanently removed from the Device’s memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow to obtain any personal data or confidential data from the User Device.

The User has the possibility to limit or cancel the access of cookie files to their Device. In such case, the usage of the Service will be possible, apart from the functionalities which require Cookies.

§ 3 Reasons for using Cookies

The Service Administrator uses external Cookies in order to collect general and anonymous statistical data by means of Google Analytics (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. USA).

§ 4 Possibility of setting the terms of storage or access by Cookies

The User can at any time alter the settings regarding Cookies, determining the conditions of storage and the access the files have to the User’s Device. The alterations of settings mentioned above, can be made by the User in the browser settings or through service configuration. These settings can be changed in such a way, as to block the automated service of Cookies through browser settings or to inform of any Cookies placed on the User’s Device at any time. Detailed information on the possibility and method of managing cookie files are available in software settings (browser).

The User can remove the Cookie files at any time using the available browser functionality.

Limiting the usage of Cookies may have an effect on some of the functionalities available on the Service web page.
